Kona or Bust

My daily misadventures as I train for my first Ironman World Championships (2007). I will attempt to remember and publish the struggles and successes that I encounter while training my body and mind for this epic event. Training Tips, Nutritional knowledge, People I meet, and any exceptional events will all be part of this Blog. Enjoy, and remember to POST COMMENTS and words of encouragement.
